"Cathy was referred to me by a close friend to help sell my late Father’s home in March 2020 just two days before the Covid lockdown and she did not disappoint. Even more challenging is the fact that I am a Canadian living in Canada and the home was fully furnished, and to complete the transaction not only did we need to remove all the belongings and possessions in the home. We also needed our signatures to be verified by the US Consulate which had remained closed for several months until Covid was brought under control. Cathy assisted us with every step along this very arduous process, especially given the fact that we were not able to come down to the Desert to see that things got done. Cathy evaluated the property and got it under contract at a good price, referred us to parties who good assist with the cleanup and clean out, pressed the Escrow agents to find work arounds to the various obstacles we encountered and kept the Purchasers engaged all while the months painfully rolled by. Cathy even went to the local hardware to purchase and subsequently install some lights that had burnt out in the Home.
