Prior to real estate, Cathy enjoyed a multi-faceted, 20-year career as an executive recruiter and HR consultant. As an executive recruiter for senior-level positions across the United States, Cathy has a proven track record of successfully negotiating a variety of complex contracts and placements, earning a reputation for going above and beyond to exceed client expectations. Her experience in contract negotiation, paired with her well-honed listening skills and collaborative spirit, have translated seamlessly to real estate.
Originally from Long Island, Cathy attended Smith College, graduating with a B.A. in Political Science and minor in International Relations. When Cathy’s not representing clients in real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and traveling. She is a proud supporter of Palm Springs Art Museum.
